Information used
The live price preview is calculated in your browser as you edit. When you select Generate scope, the raw property and pricing inputs are sent to the ClearQuote server. The server recalculates the quote after revalidating those inputs instead of trusting the browser preview.
Optional AI processing
If DeepSeek is configured by the site operator, ClearQuote sends the property details, server-recalculated quote, business name, client name, and notes to DeepSeek to generate the scope. Do not enter a street address, door or alarm code, payment information, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
Operator responsibilities
The site operator must keep this notice accurate and arrange appropriate legal review for its hosting, analytics, AI provider, retention practices, and legal jurisdiction.
